Salbutamol belongs to a group of medicines called short-acting beta 2
agonists. It works by acting on receptors in the lungs called beta 2 receptors.
Stimulation of these receptors causes the muscles in the airways to relax,
allowing the airways to open.
Each uncoated tablet of Farinol (Salbutamol and Theophylline) for oral
administration contains Salbutamol 2mg + 100 mg Theophylline. FARINOL
is administered in the following pathological conditions i.e. Bronchial
Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema.
Packing
: 10 x 10 blisters packed in a multi colored laminated thick
paper box. 10 such boxes shrunk packed and 25 such shrunk packs kept in
export worthy carton.
